Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. We can only accept returns that are unused & in their original packaging. We are not legally required to accept items which are personalised or which are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene, unless the items are defective or misdescribed.
We offer free returns on all orders within the UK. Please note that if you reside outside the UK, you will need to pay the return shipment yourself.
In the event of any deterioration in the value of returned goods, we reserve the right to recover any shortfall from you.
How to return an item
At ÜneeQbaby we pride ourselves in caring for the environment, we kindly ask return forms to be sent to us directly by email. To return an item please follow the steps outlined below:
- Fill out the Return Form and send it to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to write your full name and order number.
- For all UK returns we would confirm with you and arrange a collection courier to you address.
- For customers outside the UK send your return item to the address in the form within 14 days after you have informed us that you want to return the items. Please state your name and address clearly on the postage so we can identify you once the product arrives at our warehouse.
- Please kindly make sure to wrap up the return items to avoid damages - damaged returned items are at your cost. We recommend using the original package (carton and/or poly bag). If your return item is not received in the original condition and packaging, we may make a deduction in your refund.
If you would like to make an exchange, simply return the product or products for a full refund by following the return instructions. Then place a new order.
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped from our premises. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail, phone or Whatsapp.
It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed. Once we have received and accepted your return, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please keep in mind that once the refund has been issued, it might take up to 3–5 business days for it to appear in your bank account.
